About the Role
This role is for someone who is early in their career and wants to build a real foundation in product sales, customer engagement and business development. You will support the pipeline from the ground up — researching prospects, qualifying leads, coordinating demo sessions and helping new customers through their first steps on the platform. You will not be running full demos independently yet, but you will be in the room, learning the product and the process with direct guidance from the senior associate and the founders. The expectation is clear: perform consistently, absorb the product deeply, and you will grow into the full Product & Growth Associate role.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Research
- Research and build lists of SME prospects across target sectors in Nigeria
- Qualify leads against the Opsuite ideal customer profile before handoff
- Reach out via calls, WhatsApp and email to generate and warm initial conversations
- Log all activity and contact records accurately in the CRM
Demo Coordination & Support
- Schedule product demonstration sessions with qualified prospects
- Prepare demo environments, send pre-demo materials and handle logistics before each session
- Attend demonstrations run by the senior associate and contribute where appropriate
- Follow up with prospects after demos with agreed materials and next steps
Onboarding Support
- Assist with early customer onboarding — account setup, initial configuration and first-session guidance
- Help new customers take their first steps on the platform and escalate questions to the senior associate
- Document recurring onboarding friction and share structured notes with the team
Pipeline & CRM Administration
- Keep CRM records updated with accurate status on every lead and active customer
- Track follow-up schedules and ensure no prospect goes cold without a touchpoint
- Prepare weekly pipeline summaries for team review
What We're Looking For

- Curious about technology and how SME businesses operate
- Able to learn a product quickly and explain it in plain terms
- Comfortable working to defined targets and weekly performance reviews
Nice to Have
- Some exposure to sales, customer service or business operations
- Familiarity with CRM tools or productivity platforms
- Basic understanding of SME business challenges and operations
